Claire They did not come in a Vans box and the elastic seemed quite loose compared to my daughters previous Vans. As there was no proof they were genuine without the box and barcodes I returned them. The return was very easy and I got a full refund. Delivery was also quick but I would expect it to be when paying £4.99. I wouldn’t feel confident to shop again after this experience although the customer service and return was very good.6 months ago

Steve Just had mine delivered, they are kids size 5, but that is not made very clear on the website is it!! Obviously I’m not the only one who fell for this looking at the comments below! I searched for checked vans uk size 5, these came up and I ordered them as they seemed a good price, apparently not! Please also note the price quoted is before VAT, and delivery is quite expensive, £29 pair of shoes are actually 39 by the time everything is added!1 year ago
