Shoe Shi Bar – Danish label with Italian and African roots

Behind the intriguing name Shoe Shi Bar, is Samir Souid, the designer and creative director who founded the label in 2001. Already as a young boy, Samir knew he wanted to be in the fashion industry. His father was already in the business and would often take his son with him to fashion fairs where Samir would admire all the shoes and then draw his own designs when he came home. In 2012, Shoe Shi Bar was renamed to Maison Shoe Shi Bar and thus targeting a more exclusive market with limited editions and one-off collaborations with renowned guest designers.
